Making political argument with fear unsupported by facts seems to be un-American to me.
This will run counter to others who have thrown around the term un-American and used fear unsupported by the facts to put out a scare warning on Tea Party participants, veterans, border and immigration officers, Fox News and others.
I’m speaking of Nancy Pelosi, David Axelrod, Janet Napolitano, Janeane Garofalo, Anderson Cooper and a host of other big shots in and out of the media who are lowering, in fact attempting to end, normal political discourse in these United States.
Its fear mongering by name calling: the kind of “bipartisanship” no nation needs.
We are now entering lawless territory on the left: a sort of “my way or the highway.”
The Speaker of the House and the Director of Homeland security are now even deciding what it legal and illegal, with janet Napolitano saying recently, “crossing the border is not a crime per se” and Nancy Pelosi calling law enforcement officers “Un-American.”
Nancy Pelosi didn’t tell immigrants how they could become citizens: she called law enforcement officers un-American.

David Axelrod didn’t say the White House heard the people from the Tea Parties exercise their freedom of speech and took into account their views — he indicated that such freedom of speech was “unhealthy.”
Garofalo played the race card.
Napolitano, without any facts to support it, released a document claiming veterans were a real potential problem — a threat to national security — and likening all to one: the Oklahoma City bomber.
Why not all all Germans like Hitler?
Which brings us to Iran’s Ahmadinejad and the Holocaust Rememberance Day today. Ahmadinejad thinks the Holocaust never happened; just as Pelosi thinks our current immigration laws never happened and those sworn to enforce them are un-American.
For Jews, recalling the Holocaust is a reminder of who we are and how evil men can be. Those that can’t accept the Holocaust are called ‘denyers,” just as Pelosi, Napolitano, Axelrod, Ahmadinejad and others seem to be in denial that their views are not the only views.
All of these people and their views have been given free rein in the liberal media including CNN, NBC, The New York Times and others.
Which puts them on the wrong side of “objectivity” and free speech. That seems un-American to me…..
This “my way or the highway” sort of thinking, complete with angry representations of sexual deviance, racism, dangerous and unhealthy behavior reminds me of Iran’s President Ahmadinejad who wants to wipe Isreal from the map.
So the “political class” seems un-American to me, based upon the notion of “We the people” and other principles and documents that could be at risk…..
